Shipping & Warranty

Here at Power Pony, we warranty our products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of front tires or rear wheels, or any damage, failure or loss caused by, improper assembly, maintenance, storage, or abuse of the Power Pony.

• This Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever used in a manner other than recommended, used in a manner other than for recreation, is modified in any way, or rented.
• The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.
• For your records, save your original sales receipt with this manual. 

Shipping

Power Pony orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of placement. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and typically take 3 to 7 business days to arrive based on distance from our warehouse. If an email is provided, customers will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number once the order has been labeled for shipment. Questions on shipping and delivery times should be directed to support@powerpony.com.

Power Pony can ship to most addresses in the United States. Note that there are some restrictions that may apply. Please check out our shipping restrictions below.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your address for accuracy when ordering from powerpony.com. An incorrectly entered addresses can delay or prevent shipment.

Delivery Time

When you place an order with powerpony.com we will estimate shipping and delivery dates. Note that these dates are approximate and can change based on circumstances beyond our control. Once your package has been picked-up by the carrier you can obtain delivery information directly from them – see Tracking Your Package below.

After you place an order on powerpony.com, your order will generally take 24 hours to leave our warehouse. Warehouse operational hours are Monday – Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will generally leave our warehouse Monday, the first business day of the week.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will depend on the shipping option that you choose and the weight and dimensions of the item(s) you have purchased. If you purchase multiple items they will be shipped together.

Tracking Your Package

Using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation e-mail you can check the status of your delivery with the carrier. Please see our shipping restrictions below for more information.

Powerpony.com cannot accept product or product part orders being shipped to Canada or US Territories. We apologize for the inconvenience.

PO Boxes

Power Pony cannot ship to a U.S. Postal Service post office box. Please provide an actual street address.

APO/FPO Addresses

Power Pony cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
