Return Policy

Refunds

Power Pony will process returns and refunds only for items that were purchased directly from Power Pony within the last 30 days. If you need to return an item please see our Return Guidelines below to ensure proper processing. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a delay processing your return and affect your ability to receive a refund. IMPORTANT: All returns require a return authorization number from support@powerpony.com.

Refund Process

Once your return is received, a credit for the full purchase price (plus tax) excluding outbound shipping cost will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the item(s) you are returning. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to Power Pony unless the return is a result of our error.

Return Guidelines

You may return any new, unused items ordered from Power Pony in the last 30 calendar days. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of return for processing.

Instructions

  1. Contact support@powerpony.com for a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging.
  3. Be sure to identify yourself on the outside of the box with the name on the order, billing or shipping address, and assigned Return Authorization Number.
  4. Clearly label the package for return using the following address: Power Pony Returns Department / 22866 Hunter Creek, Mission Viejo CA 92692
  5. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original receipt.

Ship the package from your nearest post office or other carrier of your choice. Please make sure to affix the appropriate amount of postage. We strongly recommend choosing a shipment method that allows you to track your package.

International Disclaimer (for products purchased in the United States being used outside the United States)

The Power Pony product is produced for sale in the United States. The Warranty for customers who intend to use it outside of the United States and is not applicable. Power Pony products produced for and sold in international channels are warranted as applicable in such foreign countries. If you have Power Pony products that require service, were purchased in the United States and are now outside the United States, email support@powerpony.com. On these products, which require service, consumers are responsible for all costs including shipping, resulting taxes, duties of replacement parts and local power adaptors at the owner’s expense.
