The ZüME APP is your Command Center to personalize the riding experience for all your ZüME products. Create your profile and personalize your Power Pony with an avatar. Most importantly, give your power pony a name and make it your own. Start out slow and change your skill and riding mode when ready from Beginner (trot) to Intermediate (gallop) or even Advanced (race). Fully custom Speeds are available by selecting the “Pro” mode.

Is there an age and weight limit for the Power Pony?
The Power Pony has a do not exceed weight limit of 200 pounds and no limit on height. As to age, we don't have a published age limit for the Power Pony as we have kids of all ages including adults that act as kids riding the product. If they are old enough to reach the pedals, we leave the decision to the parents. Please remember that the Power Pony is intended for use only by persons who are, at a minimum, completely comfortable, and competent while operating the product.

Is assembly required with the Power Pony?
Your Power Pony was designed with careful thought and detail. It is easy to assemble and intuitive to set up. Your Power Pony will come to life in 10-15 minutes.
What are the dimensions of the Power Pony?
The Power Pony's height from the ground to the saddle is 20 inches. The length from handle to tail is 24 inches. And the reach from the foot pads to the saddle is 16 inches.
Charge + Engine
Should I fully charge my power pony before I ride the first time?
Yes. It is always recommended to allow the Power Pony to get a full charge before riding the first time. This will allow for a full run time and optimal performance.
Should I periodically charge my battery?
Yes, it is recommended that you charge your battery periodically, failure to recharge battery periodically may result in a battery that will not maintain a charge.
How long does the Power Pony run after a full charge?
Generally, your Power Pony will ride for 45-60 minutes of continuous run time. Run time may vary depending on riding conditions, rider size and weight, climate, and/or proper maintenance.
How long will it take to re-charge my Power Pony?
Charging time for the Power Pony may vary but is estimated to be 45-90 minutes for a full charge.
Should I charge my Power Pony overnight?
No. Do not charge overnight. You should always charge the battery for the recommended re-charge time of 1-2 hours immediately after riding. Fully charge the battery before storing for extended periods of time. Unplug the charger from the wall outlet when not in use.
Do I need to calibrate my Power Pony engine?
Yes. It is recommended that you calibrate in order to balance and level the ZüME engine. Over time and consistent usage, recalibration may be needed to reset a "balance and level" status. If inaccurate calibration exists, this could affect the operation of the ZüME engine's intended use and performance.
Is it normal for the ZüME engine to beep when activated?
Yes. Each ZüME engine footpad will beep when activated. Continuous beeping may mean one of three things: 1) the battery needs to be charged, 2) the engine has been lifted and carried while powered on, or 3) the engine needs to be re-calibrated.

Can I change the speed settings of my Power Pony?
Yes. The ZüME iOS app is your Command Center to personalize the riding experience for all your ZüME products. You can change your skill and riding mode when ready from Beginner (trot) to Intermediate (gallop) or even Advanced (race). Fully custom speeds are available by selecting the “PRO” mode.
Where do I download the smart phone application for the Power Pony?

Shipping + Warranty + Returns
What is the shipping time for Power Pony orders?
Power Pony orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of placement and shipped from one of our four warehouses. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and typically take 3 to 7 business days to arrive based on distance from our warehouse. If an email is provided, customers will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number once the order has been labeled for shipment. Questions on shipping and delivery times should be directed to support@powerpony.com.
How do I reach Power Pony Customer Support?
Our customer support staff is standing by Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm EST and are happy to answer your Power Pony questions or help you with any details or changes to an order. It's important to note that we often try to ship same day Monday to Friday, so let us know quickly if you want to cancel or make a change to an order. You can contact us at support@powerpony.com. Our commitment is to respond to all email within 24 hours of receipt, but often will be much sooner.
Does the Power Pony have a warranty?
Yes. We warranty our products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of front tires or rear wheels, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage, or abuse of the Power Pony.
Does the Power Pony have a return policy?
Yes. Here at ZüME, we guarantee smiles and have a 30-day return policy. You may return any new, unused items ordered from Power Pony in the last 30 calendar days but will first need to contact our support team for a Return Authorization number. Items must be returned in the original packaging. Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of return for processing.
Safety
Can I pick up and move the Power Pony while it's powered on?
No. The Power Pony was designed to be on the ground while powered on. Picking up and moving the Power Pony while powered on may cause continuous beeping and require the ZüME engine to be powered off and back on and may require it to be re-calibrated.
Should I wear a helmet while riding the Power Pony?
Yes. You should always wear proper protective equipment, such as a certified protective helmet (with chin strap securely buckled). Local law or regulation in your area may legally require helmets.
Parts + Maintenance
Does my Power Pony need any ongoing maintenance?
Cleaning your Power Pony and inspection of the ZüME engine and wheels periodically is recommended. To ensure long battery life, never store the product in freezing or below freezing temperatures. Should I wear a helmet while riding the Power Pony?
Yes. You should always wear proper protective equipment, such as a certified protective helmet (with chin strap securely buckled). Local law or regulation in your area may legally require helmets.

Is the Power Pony UL Certified?
Yes. A UL2272 Certified battery powers the Power Pony ZüME engine.
Does the Power Pony have a CPC?
Yes. Power Pony has been issued the CPC (Children’s Product Certificate) in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines from the Consumer Products Safety Commission.
